RACE TO CHANGE
ENEL
During the Formula E Grand Prix in Rome and New York we launched Race To Change, a platform powered by Enel to inspire and encourage everyone to change the way they travel. The platform was launched on April 13 and the closing date of the initiative was equally symbolic: April 22, Earth Day.
It is based on a concrete action: giving up a polluting vehicle in favor of an environmentally friendly alternative. A promise that the individual makes to himself or herself - at www.racetochange.com- - by making public your commitment to fulfill it. The more we are, the more CO2 emissions we will avoid and the faster we will move towards sustainable mobility. We have involved influencers and opinion makers sensitive to sustainability issues, with the aim of making the platform known to as many people as possible, all over the world. All participants in the initiative received a certificate created by the Milanese illustrator Francesco Poroli, one of the most important Italian designers: awarded by the Society of Illustrators New York and the Society of Publication Designers. Each certificate was sent by e-mail, so that everyone could share it on social networks and multiply the impact of their choice in favor of the environment.
Durante el Gran Premio de Fórmula E en Roma y Nueva York lanzamos Race To Change, una plataforma impulsada por Enel para inspirar y animar a todo el mundo a cambiar su forma de viajar. La plataforma se lanzó el 13 de abril y la fecha de cierre de la iniciativa fue igualmente simbólica: el 22 de abril, Día de la Tierra.
Se basa en una acción concreta: Renunciar a un vehículo contaminante en favor de una alternativa ecológica. Una promesa que el individuo se hace a sí mismo -en www.racetochange.com- haciendo público tu compromiso de cumplirla. Cuantos más seamos, más emisiones de CO2 evitaremos y más rápido avanzaremos hacia la movilidad sostenible. Hemos involucrado a influencers y creadores de opinión sensibles a temas de sostenibilidad, con el objetivo de dar a conocer la plataforma al mayor número de personas posible, en todo el mundo. Todos los participantes en la iniciativa recibieron un certificado creado por el ilustrador milanés Francesco Poroli, uno de los diseñadores italianos más importantes: premiado por la Society of Illustrators New York y la Society of Publication Designers. Cada certificado se envió por correo electrónico, para que todos pudieran compartirlo en las redes sociales y multiplicar el impacto de su elección en favor del medio ambiente.
